We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices, products, and services are subject to change without notice.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most products sold by Natalie Nook Designs are custom made or produced to order. Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Minor variations in color, placement, sizing, and print appearance may occur
- Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings
- Mockups shown online are digital representations and may vary slightly from the final product
These variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Reviewing all order details before submitting an order
- Verifying spelling, grammar, names, dates, and design information
- Selecting the correct garment size, style, and color
- Providing accurate shipping and contact information
Natalie Nook Designs is not responsible for errors approved or submitted by the customer.
4. Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting logos, images, text, or artwork to Natalie Nook Designs, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the material, OR
- You have permission to reproduce and use the material
We reserve the right to refuse any design that may violate copyright, trademark laws, or contain offensive, hateful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
All original designs, graphics, branding, photos, and website content created by Natalie Nook Designs remain the property of Natalie Nook Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move quickly into production, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before production begins.
6. Turnaround Times & Shipping
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Production and shipping times may vary due to:
- Order volume
- Holidays
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Supply shortages
Natalie Nook Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Customized or personalized items
- Minor color variations
However, we will replace or refund items if:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrives damaged
- There is a verified printing or production defect
To report an issue, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
8. Local Pickup Orders
Customers selecting local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.
Orders not picked up within 30 days may be discarded or donated without refund unless prior arrangements have been made.
9. Limitation of Liability
Natalie Nook Designs shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, website, or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for order fulfillment, customer service, and communication regarding your order.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments, fulfill orders, or comply with legal obligations.
11. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services including payment processors, shipping carriers, and ecommerce platforms such as Shopify. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party providers.
