Thank you for shopping with Natalie Nook Designs. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.


Processing & Production Times

Because most items are custom made to order, processing times may vary depending on product type, order size, and current order volume.

Current estimated turnaround time:

  • Standard custom orders: 3–7 business days from approval of design
  • Bulk or large custom orders: Timing provided during order approval

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, production times may be extended.


Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using available carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Based on carrier availability

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Natalie Nook Designs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer
  • Additional shipping fees due to returned packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Natalie Nook Designs is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. File a claim with the carrier if necessary

We will do our best to assist when possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders.

Customers will receive notification when pickup orders are ready.

Please arrange pickup within 30 days unless otherwise discussed.

Shipping Delays

Natalie Nook Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service interruptions
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Events outside of our control
