Return & Exchange Policy
Because all items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Change of mind
- Custom or personalized designs
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
However, we will gladly replace or refund an order if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was sent
- There is a printing or production defect
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
Approved replacements will be remade and shipped at no additional cost.

- Reviewing spelling, names, and dates on custom orders
- Checking size charts before ordering
- Ensuring shipping addresses are correct
